Travel to The Malls by car

From the M3, exit at junction 6 and follow the signs to the town centre. The nearest car park is Alencon Link.

From the M4, exit at junction 11 and take the A33 towards Basingstoke. Once in Basingstoke, follow the signs to the town centre. The nearest car park is Alencon Link.

Alencon Link car park has 510 spaces and there are other car parks nearby.

Car park charges

In all Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council town centre car parks, charges apply 24 hours a day Monday to Sunday. This includes Alencon Link.

There is no charge payable in any of the car parks on Bank Holidays. The only exception to this is Good Friday, when normal charges apply.

Travel to The Malls by bus

Basingstoke Bus Station is located near to The Malls with drop off points outside the main entrance by the train station. For information on bus timetables please call 0845 121 0180 or click here to visit the Stagecoach website.

Travel to The Malls by train

Basingstoke train station is located in the heart of the town centre directly across the road from The Malls entrance. Leave the station by the main exit and walk straight ahead, crossing the road and you will see the entrance.
