Shared Legal Services provides legal services for both Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and Hart District Council. We are committed to the provision of first class legal services in an e-enabled environment.
We are located at Basingstoke in the Deanes Building at the Civic Offices
We support the whole council (members and officers) in:
- delivering the Council Plan
- enabling the council to meet its objectives
- protecting all the council’s resources.
We are permitted to provide legal advice/services to public bodies such as housing associations and other councils etc. If you would like our assistance please contact the officers below:
