As a charity with nearly 30 years’ experience of working with employers large and small, Careers Development Group (CDG) has the experience to help Hampshire’s companies find and choose the right people for their business – at no cost.
Our professional and dedicated Hampshire team, based at CDG’s centres in Basingstoke, Portsmouth, Southampton and Newport, wants to create new partnerships with local employers and develop existing ones.
CDG specialises in bringing local jobseekers and employers together.
The support the charity provides includes ensuring each jobseeker goes through a strict pre-screening exercise. This gives you access to a large number of jobseekers with a variety of skill sets and providing a dedicated member of our employer relationship team to work closely and continuously with you.
