Hampshire County Council (HCC) will be leading the tender exercise on behalf of the other authorities to establish a Framework Agreement.
Hampshire and the Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (HIOWPP) is reviewing the way that local authorities in Hampshire manage Public Notice Advertising and meet the relevant statutory requirements.
Together with improving the management of information through the use of a countywide e-Portal, the authorities wish to enter into formal agreements with the paid and free press publications which cover the local area.
Applications are requested from suitably experienced firms/ organisations who wish to be considered for selection to tender for a Contract for the Provision of Public Notice Advertising.
