We are able to offer some of our meeting rooms to local charities in the borough free of charge. Please see room information below:
All rooms are located in Deanes Building at the Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke RG21 4AH
Lift access is available to first floor.
Council Chamber, 1st Floor - 100 people
Committee Room 1, 1st Floor - 40 people
Committee Room 2, 1st Floor - 25 people
Ante Room, 1st Floor - 75 people (this room is located outside Committee Rooms 1 and 2 and can be used to serve refreshments to these rooms)
Large Training Room, ground floor - 30 people
