Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has agreed a protocol dealing with community planning.
It outlines how the council will work with communities to support them in developing community plans.
The aim of the protocol is to provide clear guidance to community plan groups and service providers. It will help guide the preparation of community plans, ensure proper consideration is given to issues raised, and improve lines of communication between community plan groups and service providers.
