Racist crime/harassment is interpreted as any incident where the victim or any other person believes that the perpetrator had a racial motive. It can take many forms:
· Racist Abuse (threat or insults), which can be verbal or written
· Racially abusive behaviour
· Causing damage to property
· Circulating or displaying racist material
· Offensive graffiti
· Any physical violence
