When will my waste be collected?

To provide you with your collection dates we first need to know where you live. Different properties on the same street may fall under different rounds, so it is essential that you select your own property and not that of a neighbour. Please search for and select your address below.

Glass collections

We are currently rolling out glass collections across the borough; this programme is broken down into three phases. Properties in the first two of these phases are already receiving glass collections; the remaining properties will receive glass collections from mid-June.

If you are currently receiving a glass collection, please put your glass box out on the same day as you would your recycling.

Glass boxes are now being delivered to the properties in phase three of the programme. The first glass collection for these properties will be as follows:

Purple recycling week - Your glass will be collected on your normal recycling day from the week commencing 18 June.
Green recycling week - Your glass will be collected on your normal recycling day from the week commencing 25 June.

If you are unable to find your address and you are certain that the postcode you are searching on is correct and that the property you are searching for is located within the Borough of Basingstoke and Deane, then please let us know about this omission.
