Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is providing a fortnightly collection of garden waste from 4 February 2013 until 20 December 2013 for residents to recycle their garden waste. The collection service is for all grass cuttings, cut flowers, hedge clippings, weeds, twigs and prunings.
We cannot recycle garden waste that is put in your waste bins, so by collecting garden waste separately, we can recycle it, rather than it being sent for incineration.
