To request the this service online you will need:
- To decide how many sacks you will require (each sack can hold 120 litres of garden waste. For comparison a standard sized wheelie-bin holds 240 litres).
- A valid credit or debit card (we accept Visa, Delta, Electron, MasterCard and Maestro).

Terms and Conditions
You will need to agree to the following terms and conditions to request this service:
- This service is available to domestic premises only.
- Your property must be located within the borough of Basingstoke and Deane.
- You agree to ensure that your sacks are at the edge of your property by 7am on the day of collection; should you require them to be emptied.
- You agree to ensure that only permitted green garden waste is put in your sacks.
- You will be asked to register for a My Basingstoke Account, if you have not already done so.
