If your rubbish bin or sacks have been missed during collection, you can let us know via an online form.
If the bin/sacks were left on the edge of your property by 7am on the day of collection, we will collect the bin within 2 working days. If the bin/sacks were not, they will be collected on your next collection day.

Terms and Conditions
- Rubbish bins and sacks that contain soil, rubble or large quantities of garden waste, will not be emptied. [These items can be taken to the Household Waste Recycling Centre on Wade Road, Basingstoke. You can also order a Green Garden Waste service].
- Your rubbish bin or sacks must have been placed on the edge of your property nearest the road by 7am on the collection day.
- Missed bins must be reported within 1 working day.
- Missed bins (that meet the above criteria) will be collected within 2 working days. This does not include Sunday or Bank Holidays but may include Saturday.
- You will be asked to register for a My Basingstoke Account, if you have not already done so.
Please note this form is to report a missed Rubbish (Grey Bin) collection only. If you wish to report a missed Recycling (Green Bin) collection please use this form instead.
