Exchange Small Green Recycling Bin for Large

You may use this form to request that your small 140 Litre Green Recycling bin be exchanged for a larger 240 Litre bin.

Terms and Conditions

    • You will be asked to register for a My Basingstoke account, if you have not already done so.
    • Upon completion of this form, your bin will be exchanged within 7-10 working days (this does not include Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays). 
    • To ensure that the exchange can take place, please make sure that your 140L Green Recycling bin is left within the boundary of your property where it can clearly be seen from the road.
    • You may still fill your 140L bin during this period, any waste that may be in the bin will be transferred to the 240L bin when delivered.
