There are
95 recycling sites around the borough where the following items can be taken;
- glass bottles and jars
- mixed paper and card
- tins and cans
- empty aerosol cans
- aluminium foil
- textiles
- clothes and shoes
- book, CD and DVD banks

In addition, the Household Waste Recycling Centre on Wade Road can accept a wider range of materials for recycling, including garden waste, small electrical items, batteries, light bulbs, fridges and freezers. For more information on the HWRC, please click here
