The purpose of the Medium Term Financial Plan is to set out the council's financial policies, strategy, forecasts. detailed budgets and capital programme in one reference document.
The Medium Term Financial Plan includes three main forecasts:
- The Medium Term Financial Forecast for 2010/2011 to 2012/2013 agreed by Cabinet in October 2009 and updated in February 2010 in support of the budget report for 2010/2011.
- The detailed Revenue Budgets for 2010/2011 approved by Council in February 2010.
- The Capital Programme 2010/2011 to 2012/2013 approved by Council in February 2010.
