From 1 April 2011, all Government set National Indicators were abolished.
The council will still continue to monitor its performance using a Balanced Scorecard approach which will monitor a set of key indicators which are based on achieving the outcomes set out in the Council Plan.
The Council has a Performance Panel that is responsible for encouraging and securing continuous improvement through monitoring and review. The agenda, minutes and papers, including the latest version of the Scorecard, for each meeting are available on our Committees and their meetings page.
