* Refresher Search Conditions
- Residential properties only
- Must be the applicant who submitted the last search
- Same search extent as original search
- Be submitted within 6 months of the completion date of the original search
Note - The results of a refresher search will exclude any Con29 (O) enquiries that may have been
asked in the original search requisition, if you wish to ask these questions again, please add the relevant fees to the
refresher search price.
** For a fee of £25 we will treat your search as urgent and email the results back within 48 hours. If you wish to expedite your search, please mark your search as urgent and provide details of the email address or fax number where the search is to be sent.
