The Borough Council has jointly prepared the 'North Hampshire Renewable Energy and Low Carbon Development Study' with the other North Hampshire authorities of Hart and Rushmoor Councils.  This was undertaken to develop an evidence base to inform the development of sustainable construction and renewable energy policies to support the emerging Core Strategies and supports the requirements of the Supplement to PPS1 on Climate Change.
