The Local Development Scheme (LDS) provides a 'project plan' identifying which local development documents will be produced, in what order and when.  It outlines the details and timetable for the production of all documents that will make up the Local Development Framework over a three-year period.

Further to the approved LDS (which was published in May 2009 and is available to download below), the council has published an updated timetable for the preparation of the Core Strategy, as set out below. A report on the timetable was considered by the Planning and Infrastructure Overview and Scrutiny Committee in February, and this updated timetable reflects the views expressed by councillors. This timetable will continue to be updated when necessary.
