A supply of affordable housing is needed to meet part of the Borough target of 3000 affordable dwellings during the plan period. The three sites will provide the following affordable dwellings:
Marnel Park: 196
Merton Rise: 339
John Hunt of Everest school site: 61
This will provide approximately 460 dwellings across the whole development to be constructed and managed in partnership with Housing Associations.
