Pre- Application checklist

The attached list provides a framework for responding to operators and their agents when they submit pre-application advice. The Council charges for a fee to consider pre-application submission based on 25% of the application fee (plus VAT). Click here for information on fees.

The checklist is largely informed by the Code of Best Practice, and should provide a good indication to the operator of this Authority's view of their proposals, and will also indicate whether sufficient information has been provided to allow comprehensive advice to be given.
