If you are disturbed by an alarm sounding please take the time read the information in our 'Alarms' leaflet which can be downloaded below.

When the council offices are closed all telephone calls divert to a recorded message. If you stay on the line, you will be connected to 'Careline', our out of hours emergency service.

The council provides 'Careline' with a list of contact numbers to cover the services we provide, and they will take details, and contact the relevant person for you.

There's always someone on the end of the phone to help!

If you own a house alarm please take the time to read the leaflet available to download below and ensure that you complete the form and send it to us in order to register a keyholder for the alarm.
