The council, in partnership with Sentinel Housing Association, is slowly transforming Bishops Green.
Following the construction of a new village hall and shop, the physical regeneration of the housing stock began in 2008. This involves replacing 92 1950s dwellings with 148 modern energy efficient homes.
Phases 1 and 2 have been completed and have been occupied; and Phase 3 is nearing completion. This includes a number of properties that will be available on the open market.
