We aim to remove graffiti on the land or property that we are responsible for within three days of it being reported. We aim to remove offensive graffiti within 24 hours of receiving a report.
Please report graffiti to us as soon as possible so that it can be removed swiftly, especially offensive graffiti. We will clean graffiti from your property for free. If your property is targeted more than three times we will supply you with a special kit to remove the graffiti and thereafter a charge will be made to the householder.
We have developed a range of agreements with other landowners to ensure that all graffiti is removed, regardless of landowner, within 28 days.
We will record instances of graffiti as part of a wider project with the police to tackle graffiti and take legal action where necessary.
