The way you pay for your parking at The Malls/Alencon Link car park has changed following the introduction of a new parking scheme.
The old pay and display machines have been replaced with a new pay on foot system with entry and exit barriers. This an easier and more convenient way of parking which has been introduced to coincide with the refurbishment of The Malls shopping centre.
How it works?
A ticket will be issued on arrival and visitors will need to go to the payment machines to pay the amount required and have their ticket validated for exit before leaving. To leave visitors must place their card in the terminal by the exit barrier.
Evening parking
Those people using the car park in the evening, after 6pm, can choose to pay the set fee and have their ticket validated at any time on or after arrival to help ease any congestion following large events at The Anvil, Haymarket or other events around the town centre.
