Park & Ride

The Leisure Park, located at West Ham, is the location of Basingstoke's Park & Ride facility.  There are 157 parking spaces offering cheap all day parking, just a short ride from the central railway station and the town centre, making it ideal for working, shopping, or onward travel.  The timetable can be seen by opening the document at the bottom of this page. Please note that there have been changes to the timetable which are effective from Monday 02 May 2011.

Fares are  £1.80 per adult or £3.00 for a family/group ticket (Family or Group tickets are for a family of up to two adults and up to four children, or for a group of up to four adults boarding from anywhere en route).  This allows for all day travel to and from the Leisure Park, as many times as you like on the same ticket for that day. A multiple journey ticket (costing £15.00 available from the driver when boarding at The Leisure Park or Basing View) can also be purchased, valid for 20 single journeys taken at any time.  The National Concessionary Bus Pass is accepted, but PLUSBUS tickets are not.

Parking is FREE, so there is no need to display a ticket in your car.  Simply park your car in the designated Park & Ride area and catch the Centre Shuttle at the main Leisure Park bus stop.

How to get there:

By road – On Worting Road in Basingstoke, the Leisure Park is well signposted from all directions, only 3 miles from the M3.  The postcode for the Leisure Park is RG22 6PG
