Responsibility for concessionary travel for residents of Basingstoke and Deane transferred to Hampshire County Council on 1 April 2011

Concessionary Travel covers the issue of passes for free bus travel in England for qualifying residents, or an alternative of Hampshire Travel Vouchers.
