Electrolysis and Acupuncture
Anyone carrying out Electrolysis at a Beauty Parlour or as a mobile therapist in your home must be registered with the Council.
Before you undergo this treatment you are advised to ask to see a registration Certificate.
Most Acupuncturists operate at Doctors Surgeries or other Medical Premises and are licensed within that premises. Anyone offering Acupuncture from a private address must be registered with the Council. Always check that they are registered before undergoing treatment.
