All food businesses are required to register with the local authority in who's area they operate (or if the business is mobile with the local authority area where the vehicle is stored).
The Food Premises Register is a public document. You may search by types of premises, for example 'Takeaway' by using the search facility, if you leave the box blank the entire Register will be produced. Please note that listing the entire Register may take a significant amount of time and is not recommended.
