Authorised Processes Register

smoking chimney Industrial processes that involve emissions to the atmosphere are controlled, either by the Council or the Environment Agency, under an authorisation procedure. This approach ensures that unavoidable discharges are as low as possible.

A Register of such processes authorised by the Council is kept by the Environmental Health Team, if you would like to see the Register you can either come to the Civic Offices during normal office hours or click on the link below.
