How should your new building look?
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council has been looking at the development of community facilities within Rooksdown.
In December 2007, the Wessex Christian Fellowship came forward with a proposal to purchase the former Park Prewett main hall at Rooksdown and convert it into a church and community facility. Consultation has taken place to gather local views on what facilities would be needed in the community to provide the activities and services that would meet local need. This included acknowledgement that some activities and services would not be appropriate to be held in the Wessex Christian Fellowship’s hall due to their beliefs.
Following recent consultation on the design of the new community facility, comments have been taken on board and revised plans are now available for you to give feedback on. Please click on the documents below.
