Sherfield Park (Taylor's Farm)
New Community Facility At Sherfield Park
Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is working with the Sherfield Park Community Association on the development and management of the new community facility at Sherfield Park.
Croudace has recently drawn up revised plans for the siting and the position of the building within the site and we recently consulted with local residents on this. The results of the consultation are attached below.
The response to the consultation was low and, although those in favour and those against the proposed relocation site were evenly split, the objections received mainly related to the siting of the northern distributor road which has been retained in the master plan for Sherfield Park.
