Live help - web chat
The council now has a live web chat system which will enable you to communicate with a member of the contact centre in real time using text based messages. This is a quick and convenient way of contacting the council for the information you require.
The service is available, when resources allow, during office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, excluding bank holidays.
This service went live on Monday 12 December 2011. We are monitoring how effective it is, and will continue to develop it accordingly.
