The last day to register on the Register of Electors to enable you to vote at this election is Tuesday 1 July 2008.
If you will be away on Wednesday 16 July 2008 but would like to vote in this election, you may do so either by postal or proxy vote. The closing date to apply for a postal vote, or to vote by postal proxy is 5.00pm on Tuesday 1 July 2008. If you would prefer to vote by proxy (which means somebody goes to vote at the Polling Station on your behalf), the closing date is 5.00pm on Tuesday 8 July 2008.
