Financial Services provide a financial advisory service to Members and managers of the Council, undertake medium and long term financial planning and ensure that the financial resources of the Council are accounted for and administered in accordance with best practice. We also maintain the integrity and control and develop all the financial accounting systems and provide a centralised service for payroll, insurance, transport, creditors, debtors and miscellaneous income.
