Annual Audit Letter 2002/2003

This is the first joint audit and inspection 'annual letter' for members presented by the council's relationship manager, who is also the district auditor.  The letter summarises the conclusions and significant issues arising from the 2002/03 audit and inspection programme and comments on other current issues relevant to the council.
