Medium Term Financial Plan 2009/2010 to 2011/2012

The purpose of the Medium Term Financial Plan is to set out the Council's financial policies, strategy, forecasts, detailed budgets and capital programme in one reference document.

The Medium Term Financial Plan includes three main forecasts:

  • The Medium Term Financial Forecast for 2009/2010 to 2011/2012 agreed by Cabinet in October 2008 and updated in February 2009 in support of the budget report for 2009/2010.
  • The detailed Revenue Budgets for 2009/2010 approved by Council in February 2009.

  • The Capital Programme 2009/2010 to 2011/2012 approved by Council in February 2009.

Each forecast is a seperate document in its own right.
