Annual Report

This Annual Report covers a year in which Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council raised its national reputation for the quality of its services even higher.

This report gives information on the priorities in our council plan and on some of the key plans for the year ahead. It includes an overview of the council and the borough it serves as well as a snapshot of some of our achievements and initiatives during the year. It shows how we performed against the targets set nationally for our services and the goals we set ourselves.

It is important that our residents have a real say in how their council is performing. We welcome comments on this report and its content or any aspect of council services.
