The Public Relations, Graphics and Civic Print services support the Council by creating a positive image of the Borough and the Council through effective use of marketing, communication and consultation. The Review received Cabinet approval in January 2002. The Audit Commission has not inspected it. Given recent structural changes and our new Council Plan, the actions arising from the Best Value Review are largely no longer relevant. A new Manager has been appointed to the Corporate Communication Service, and a reveiw is being carried out to ensure the service meets the needs of the Council in the most effective way.
