Performance Plan
The Council has adopted a three year plan setting priorities for the future. You can view the Council Plan by clicking HERE.
Every March we publish summary information as part of 'basingstoke and deane today' showing highlights from the year - the latest version is shown below.
Every June the Council Plan is supplemented by an Annual Report which is also shown below. It gives an overall picture of how we are meeting community need and helping to deliver overall wellbeing for the area. The Annual Report also includes information about our performance against targets in the previous financial year, and the measures we intend to put in place to continually improve the services we deliver to the local community.
