We employ one full time Pest Control Officer and offer a free rat removal service to domestic customers receiving income support, housing benefit or are aged over 60.
If you are not receiving any of the above benefits, or are under 60, you will need to contact a private pest control company and pay for the rats to be removed.
Please note we do not provide a removal service for any other pests. Information on local pest controllers can be found in Yellow Pages.
