SPORTS CLUB SURVEY

As part of Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council's long term planning for sport and recreation provision, we are seeking your views on future needs and possible changes in facility use.

Please provide as much information as possible to help us better plan for sport and recreation opportunities in the future. Please complete the questionnaire and return it by Friday 10 September 2010.

A summary of the findings will be presented at the Sports Sector Conference on Wednesday 20 October 2010.
