Fairfields has organised its WorldBeat programme of international dance and music for some five years now in the War Memorial Park, as our big Summer Festival event, and this time we are promoting it again on the Main Stage as part of Basingstoke Live, supported by Basingstoke & Deane Borough Council.
We have a monster programme for you with some amazing dancers, organised in different sections throughout the afternoon.
'The Hop Hip House Party in the Park' section features some amazing, and also some world championship winning, hip hop dancers and dance crews. 'The Indian Summer Section' features some amazing Bollywood dancers, Bhangra, Bharatanatyam, and much much more.
There are also spectacular displays of UK Shaolin Temple Kung Fu, Nepalese Dancers....and much, much more.
