It only takes 30 minutes a day to become fitter, healthier and happier – and you don’t even have to do them all at once. You can get off the bus a stop early and walk for 10 minutes or kick a ball around with the kids – that’s another 20, job done 30 minutes clocked up without even thinking about it!
You’ll be amazed how quickly a few small decisions add up to one big change for the better.
