Festival Place is anchored by Debenhams, Bhs, Marks & Spencer and TK Maxx. On the upper level the discerning shopper will find Phase Eight, Austin Reed, CC, LK Bennet and Gap.

Looking for something for the home? Then why not visit The Pier, Professional Cookware, Rooms or Cargo. With so many shops to choose from there is something for everyone at Festival Place.

Festival Place hosts a series of regional events including a home and garden exhibition, a food festival and a festival of fashion.

With many stores open until 8pm weekdays, why not treat yourself to a leisurely evening shopping and then stay for something to eat in one of our restaurants in Festival Square.

Other shopping attractions in Basingstoke include the smaller shopping area of The Malls which houses Boots and WH Smith amongst other shops, and the older part of the town which offers regular markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays, monthly farmers' markets, independent shops, restuarants and cafes.

The shops are open Monday to Friday 9am - 8pm, Saturday 9am - 6pm and Sunday 11am - 5pm. The centre doors open at 6am and close at 1am. The car park is open 24 hours.

The Farmers’ Market, specialising in local produce, regularly offers fresh flowers, second-hand books and household accessories outside the Willis Museum at the Top of Town.
