Application Forms
You can now notify us of building control changes either using the online form link below or by downloading an application form and submitting a hard copy to Building Control
The following Building Control application forms are available for download at the bottom of this page. These can be printed, filled out by hand and returned to the relevant recipient.
It is also possible for the user to type directly into the form and then print the completed document. However, unless the user has Adobe PDF creation software, changes cannot be saved digitally, therefore must be printed.
