The Development Control Service manages the processing and determination of planning applications and appeals as well as the enforcement of unauthorised development.
You can view plans and details of planning applications at the Parklands Reception between 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday or you can look up a planning application on this website by following the link - '

We offer a Planning Officer duty service for any small scale domestic and business projects and for those neighbours who are affected by a planning application and who need help to understand the plans submitted. The duty planning service is available between 8:30 am - 2:30 pm Monday to Friday in our Parklands Building, Civic Offices, London Road, Basingstoke. You do not need an appointment to see the duty Planning Officer.
