Inspectors Report - Parish Briefing Note

A short note has been prepared for the benefit of Town and Parish Councils in the Borough, to provide a summary of the key points in the Inspector's Report. This is attached below as a word document. It should be noted that the Borough Council has not yet formally considered the receommendations in the Inspector's Report, and will do so in early 2006. The view of the Council will be formalised at the meeting of Full Council on 16 February 2006.
