Following discussions between Objectors and the Council during the Local Plan Inquiry process, further proposed changes to the Basingstoke and Deane Revised Deposit Draft Local Plan (1996-2016) arise from time to time.
These further proposed changes are however not part of the statutory plan preparation process. These are suggested amendments that the Local Planning Authority would be willing to accept if the Inspectors were to suggest them in their final report. If these changes are accepted they are required to go through a formal modification procedure.
This schedule forms part of the Core Document Library (ref: CD/Bor/82) of the Local Plan Inquiry. This is an evolving document and additions may be made to it as discussions continue throughout the Local Plan Inquiry. All parties who have previously made a representation to the specific part of the plan affected by one of these proposed changes will have been individually notified of the relevant further proposed change in order for them to have the opportunity to comment. The final version of this schedule will be provided to the Inspectors at the closing of the Inquiry.
