Booking Form
Basingstoke & Deane are able to offer some of its meeting rooms to external charities within the borough. Please contact the Customer Advisor Team, Deanes Reception on 01256 844844, or alternatively fax us on 01256 845200 or email: info@basingstoke.gov.uk to check availability. Then please print, sign and return the booking form. The booking form can also be word-processed within Adobe Acrobat software and then printed. It does however need to be signed by hand.
