Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council would like to make its website available all of the time! Unfortunately there are a number of reasons which mean that we are not able to always achieve this. Our target is to have our site available for use 99.8% of the time, meaning that less than 1½ hours per month is taken up by updates and maintenance.
